“From November 1st 2009 we (John Lewis Schoolwear) will be trialing a new system of ordering and supplying your school uniform during the off-peak Winter months.
We will be holding school uniform remotely from the shop floor so therefore we will be offering a free delivery on any item that you wish to purchase.
All parcels will be sent by Parcelforce and our understanding is that they are not involved in the current postal dispute. The delivery times remain the same as at present which is between 4/5 working days from ordering. Alternatively, we can also arrange to have any items delivered to the Customer Collection point for the following day excluding Monday.
Should you be unaware of the size(s) you require and would like to try a range of sizes on please could you let us know in advance and we will endeavour to make sure that your order is available upon your arrival.
